Dan Willis
Dan has over 30 years of experience in the investment real estate business - he has brokered billions of dollars worth of real estate over his career. Dan grew up in the Bay Area and has a Master's degree in Sociology & Business Administration from the University of Uppsala in Sweden. He is a long-standing member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In 2008, he formed Willis Ventures Investment Real Estate Brokerage. Dan is an avid traveler and hiking, which has taken him to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Michael Willis
Over the past ten years, Michael has grown Willis Ventures to focus on the brokerage of net leased investment real estate, specializing in the sales of single tenant, triple net, retail property. Prior to founding WV, he was a field sales rep at GRAE Ventures in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara where he studied economics. Michael is an active participant of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Michael is responsible for the brokerage’s operations and finance. When he isn’t working, Michael is almost always outdoors: mountain biking, skiing, hiking, scuba diving.
